Throughout my career I've gotten to work on numerous projects that have made a real impact in the daily lives of employees, users, customers, and citizens for a variety of brands. Here are some key achievements:

Concepted a Future Vision of Migrant Healthcare for the United Nations’ migration body, IOM, to reframe ‘care’ for digitally connected migrants.

Developed best practices for utilizing digital tools to reconnect citizens with their public services and representatives.

Designed a bespoke digital platform and work processes that allowed globally distributed teams to directly message regional customers, bypassing the bottleneck at head office.

Conducted Voice of the Customer and relationship-building with business partners to reduce site-to-site shipping times by 24 hours.

Currently: fusing NYC government agency missions/goals and trainings to provide a more cohesive customer experience for families of students in temporary housing.
